When We Teach, We Learn

We all know it’s true – the fastest way to learn something is to teach it to someone else, and when you “know that you know” your stuff, your confidence level goes up.

That’s why our Sales Mastery classes begin with breaking the class into a few small groups in which current students teaching new students and guests one or two points about the program, as you’ll see in this 8-second video.

What we’ve learned in watching the people in our classes teach each other is that people are more easily engaged when they feel the person teaching them is just like them. And when we tally up the “wins” our students report in the accountability section of the class, we see the truth to the adage, “Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, teach him to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.”
